        Rick O'Hare is Director and Co-Founder of Backlot Imaging. With over twenty years in the media and entertainment industry, Rick is recognized as one of the industry's successful and creative executives. An expert in media services, Mr. O'Hare was instrumental in transforming Hollywood's leading post production company, The Todd-AO Corporation, from solely a Hollywood based sound company into the world's largest international provider of integrated media, entertainment and broadcast services. Rick helped lead the company's successful public offering and subsequent sale to Liberty Media Group where he stayed on as COO of the company's $100 million media division.

        Most recently as Senior Vice President of Digital Distribution for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Rick advised the company on new digital post production and distribution trends and oversaw the first phase of the company's $150 million product digitization initiative.

        Rick began his career with Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation where he headed strategic planning and business development for the company's Entertainment Group. During his tenure at Fox he was involved in the acquisition, start-up or turnaround of various companies and divisions including Fox Home Video, Deluxe Laboratories, Inc., Deluxe Video Services, Inc., Fox Worldwide Services, Inc., Movietonews, Inc. and Twentieth Century Fox Records.

        Rick earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. He was awarded an M.B.A. with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing by the University of California at Los Angeles' Anderson School of Management. Rick lives with his family in Manhattan Beach, California.
